Upper, a remote-first startup headquartered in Berlin, operates as a bridge between IT freelancers and companies. During my time as a visual designer at Upper,  I had the opportunity to contribute to the company's vision. However, the unfortunate escalation of the war in Ukraine led to significant layoffs, reshaping the trajectory of the organization.

One of the projects I undertook was the creation of a landing page for Upper's new Studio project. The goal was to effectively communicate the program's value proposition to potential clients.
